National Pig's Day in Marathon

We checked out the festivities for Nation Pig's Day. Mostly, just another excuse for the good people of Marathon to tie one on - however, we did enjoy the pig races. We missed the fast, little guys; but we did manage to catch the hilarious potbellied race. At first, they kind of lingered and rooted for food. Sure enough, by the time they had made their way towards the end of the race track (after about 15 minutes), their fat legs picked up speed and they were gunning for the finish line. It was suspenseful.
